Before you order
What videos or photos should I send?
Whatever you have: full matches, clips shot on a phone, files from your club's analysis tool, photos in kit. We work with what exists. Not sure? Write to us before ordering, we answer within 24 hours — and if your files turn out to be unusable, you get a full refund.
How do the Gameday pack and subscription work?
They fill your Gameday counter: 4 with the pack, valid for 3 months; 4 every month with the subscription, rolling over until the end of your 12 months. Before each match, click "Request my Gameday" in your space, with no new payment: upload your photos or videos, give us the match details, and we take it from there. An animated Gameday counts as 2.
What if I want to stop the subscription?
The subscription is a 12-month commitment, at a month. It stops on its own after 12 months: nothing renews without your say-so. A real problem along the way? Write to us and we'll find a solution.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
One round of revisions is included with every service. Tell us what to change and we fix it. Beyond that, extra revisions are quoted case by case.
Who owns what you deliver?
You do. Post it, send it to clubs and agents, do whatever you want with it. We just ask for your permission before showing it as an example of our work.
How does referral work?
Your referral link is in your space. When someone places their first order with it, you each get a free Gameday, valid for 12 months.
How long do you keep my files?
Your files and deliverables stay available in your space for 30 days after delivery, then they are deleted from our storage. Download your deliverables and keep them safe. The order itself, with its brief and history, stays in your space.
